Project Portfolio

We have three groups of Project Management Professionals.

Our industrial projects group works primarily with manufacturing organizations on petrochemical and chemical processes to include engineering, construction, instrumentation and control systems installation. These projects tend to be more complex and have higher risks than traditional projects. These generally involve additional conserations such as PHA, MOC processes, EPA regulation, OSHA regulation and other regulatory requirements.

Our commercial projects group work with both manufacturing and non-manufacturing organizations on administrative buildings and structures to include communications systems, computer network architecture, and security system equipment and infrastructure. Work includes engineering, procurement, specification, and construction.

Our contractor group works with engineering and construction contractors to develop their project management capability and skill from the perspective of a "project service provider." As a result, you can depend on your contractor delivering the results you expect from a professionally managed project. Many of our industrial customers report significant cost and time savings by engaging properly trained contractors.
